Clients of the law Firm "Majkić & Majkić" are provided with the following legal services in the area of personal injury accidents:

• Monetary compensation through a settlement or a judgment for damage made in road traffic accidents, accidents at work, tripping accidents, assault claims, product defect accidents (product liability), holiday accidents, medical and dental accidents
• Submission of request for damage compensation based on insurance policies for accidents, work injuries, insurance of goods in transport, property insurance and fire and natural disasters, theft
• Filing a complaint in the name of insurance policy holder
• Filing a lawsuit if the insurance company does not submit an offer for damage compensation or notice that the request is unfounded
• Collection of receivables for damage compensation from solvent insurance company as well as from owners and users of motor vehicles with whom the insurance company has made contracts on obligatory insurance in road traffic
