Republic Geodetic Authority - RGA - Cadastral real estate register shows the factual and  legal status of all real estate, in wich the parcels and buildings on a real property  are described with graphical and textual data, with information of ownership, as well as for mortgage loans and other  rights

This public registrar is characterised by three important legal principles:

1. Changes of rights to real property do not take effect before being registered in the Republic Geodetic Authority - RGA - Cadastral real estate register.
2. Legal Maxim Qui Prior Est Tempore Potior Est Jure- he who is earlier in time is stronger in law. In competition of two equal rights, the advantage have the right that was previously registered
3. Until otherwise proven, the correctness of all titles recorded on the register is assumed. The real estate register enjoys the "public faith", in other words, the details registered may be presumed correct by anyone acquiring a legal title with regard to property and this person can not suffer any consequences trusting that information, unless he knew or under the circumstances of the case must have known that the entered information is incorrect
