• Preparation and filing application for competition or concentration
• Preparation and submission of applications for individual exemption of restrictive agreements and take other legal actions before the Commission for Protection of Competition to obtain a solution that allows the concentration or exemption
• Representation before the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia in the proceedings concerning the infringement of competition or the concentration on the market of the Republic of Serbia
• Legal advice in order to harmonize business practices and pricing policy with competition law and consumer rights in order to avoid the initiation of proceedings ex officio by the Commission for Protection of Competition, high fines, compensation claims or criminal prosecution
