We strive to become a legal institution with long tradition and we believe that guiding principle for long-term success is success of the law firm in general and not success of an individual or a group within a firm.

Decisions are reached ​​on the basis of long-term best interests of both our law firm and our clients, not paying attention to external observers’ evaluation of the work of our law office.

Law Firm “Majkić & Majkić" chose willingly to rely solely on their own income which makes them solvent and liquid, not forced to worry on banks or other creditors reaction.

Measurement of size and succes of law firm such as profit per partner or income per lawyer are not accepted by us and we are not guided upon those principles.

We never had and never will aspire to be the largest law firm measured by the number of offices or lawyers.

Instead, we leave to our clients to determine our success by requesting our services constantly. Our goal is that Law Firm “Majkić & Majkić" be the choice of those clients who have challenging legal issues, most significant business transactions and most critical disputes.

We are aware that the success of each law office comes from the willingness of its clients to continue seeking for help and advice from them, to ask for more legal services from other areas of law and to recommend us by expressing satisfaction in professionalism of the services rendered. Without any doubt this would have effect to continuous success of the law firm over time.
